HR company publishes top 5 HR trends to watch for in 2012

  1. SaaS and cloud technology. Tech buffs are over the moon about cloud computing and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), innovations that are reshaping the way HR technology functions. Those chronic conditions eat up as much as 75 percent of healthcare spending in the United States. Wellness initiatives target things exercise, quitting smoking and weight management.
